Coca-Cola’s NASCAR Championship™ Race Giveaway
1. Eligibility: Coca-Cola + Roy Rogers Restaurants’ “Rev Up and Win” Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is open to persons who are (a) legal residents of Maryland, Virginia, Kentucky, West Virginia, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Washington, D.C., (b) 18 years of age or older; and (c) not on the (i) U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security’s Denied Persons or Entity Lists, (ii) the U.S. Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals, (iii) the US Department of Commerce’s Table of Denial Orders, or (iv) any other similar sanctions program maintained by the U.S. government. Employees of Roy Rogers Franchise Co., LLC (“Sponsor”) and The Coca-Cola Company (“Sponsor”) and their affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising and promotion agencies and suppliers that are involved in this Promotion (collectively, the “Promotion Participants”), National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing, LLC (“NASCAR”), and each of their immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, husband, wife, daughter, son, step-father, step-mother, step-daughter, step-son, step-brother, step-sister, half-brother, and half-sister) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
2. How it Works: Beginning on 05/01/24 and ending on 06/30/24, an eligible person or customer who orders an extra-large Coca-Cola product at a participating restaurant or via Roy Rogers app (listed below), will receive one (1) entry for the Rev Up and Win grand prize drawing. It is required that the person download and utilize the free Roy’s Rewards app to confirm purchase, via scan in-store or through online ordering. Each additional transaction that takes place outside the first entry will also receive additional entries into the grand prize drawing.
Alternatively, to receive a free entry without making an eligible purchase, a person may send a self-addressed, stamped (#10) envelope to: Coca-Cola + Roy Rogers Restaurants, “Rev Up and Win Sweepstakes”, 4991 New Design Rd Suite 109, Frederick, MD 21703, postmarked by 06/30/24. Limit one (1) entry, per person, per store visit, per day (regardless of method of receipt), or one per household per mailing envelope per day.
Customers must present and redeem their prizes at checkout via in-app ordering (in the Roy’s Rewards App) or at participating Roy Rogers locations by showing redemption in the app. In order to be eligible to be entered into the 2024 Rev Up and Win Grand Prize Promotional Drawing, customers must have a Roy’s Rewards account.
3. Grand Prize Promotional Drawings: The “Grand Prize Promotional Drawing” will consist of two (2) sections:
- (a) On July 3, Sponsors’ designated agent, Trevelino/Keller, will select exactly one (1) winner by random drawing from among all eligible Grand Prize Entries (from among all participating locations and mail-in entries combined) received prior to 11:59 pm on June 30, 2024, to receive the “Rev Up and Win” NASCAR Championship™ experience (as detailed in section 5 below); and
- (b) On July 3, Sponsors’ designated agent, Trevelino/Keller, will select exactly ten (10) winners by random drawing from among all eligible Grand Prize Entries (from among all participating locations and mail-in entries combined) received no later than 11:59 pm on June 30, 2024, to receive free XL Coca-Cola beverages for a year (as detailed in section 5 below).
In total, exactly eleven (11) Grand Prize Winners (the “Grand Prize Winners”) will be selected as described above. For the avoidance of doubt, the “Grand Prize Drawing” (as used in the promotion materials or otherwise) will be deemed to mean the Grand Prize Promotional Drawing for all purposes.
4. Verification: All prize claims are subject to verification. In the event of a printing, production or other error, neither the Sponsors, the Released Parties nor the Promotion Participants shall have any liability beyond reasonable efforts to award the advertised number of prizes specified in these official rules. Entries that are not obtained through authorized, legitimate channels or that are forged, altered, blank in whole or in part, reproduced, tampered with in any way, mutilated, incomplete or that contain printing, production, typographical, mechanical, or other errors are automatically void. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded. Entries & Prize Redemption Codes may not be transferred.

IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR, THE RELEASED PARTIES OR ANY OF THE PROMOTION PARTICIPANTS BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, CLAIMS, ACTIONS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR LIABILITY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN, OR THE PRODUCTION, PROMOTION, OR ADMINISTRATION OF, THE PROMOTION, OR ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, MISUSE, OR NONUSE OF A PRIZE THAT MAY BE AWARDED. ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD ANY SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND/OR TO REFER THE MATTER TO LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES.
7. General Rules: No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of any prize by winner permitted unless otherwise agreed to by Sponsors. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of Winners. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Persons found tampering with, hacking, illegally entering, or abusing any aspect of the Promotion will be immediately disqualified, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsors and the Released Parties are is not responsible for lost or damaged Prize Redemption Codes or for Prize Redemption Codes that are not redeemed. Sponsors reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsors and its Promotion Participants to use Winners’ names and likenesses/photograph/video for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Sponsors, or their designated representative, will attempt to notify the potential Grand Prize Winners of his/her winning status via the email or telephone number provided in connection with the potential Grand Prize Winner’s Entry and Roy Reward’s account . Before any prize is awarded, the potential Winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility (“Affidavit”) and, where lawful, a Liability/Publicity Release (“Release”) (collectively, “Affidavit and Release”) within three (3) days. If the Affidavit and Release is not signed and returned prior to the time deadline indicated, or if a potential prize Winner does not meet eligibility criteria set forth in these Official Rules or is otherwise unwilling or unable to comply with these Official Rules, or cannot be contacted within three (3) days, an alternate winner may be selected by Sponsor by random drawing from among the remaining eligible Entries. Upon receipt and verification of the Affidavit and Release and compliance with the Official Rules, all prize Winners will be contacted with further details as to how such prize winners may redeem the prize. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.
By participating in the Promotion, participants agree: (a) to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors and its agents, which shall be binding and final in all respects; (b) to release Sponsors, the Released Parties and Promotion Participants from all liability, loss or damage arising out of participation in the Promotion or in connection with the awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize; (c) to be contacted by Sponsor and/or its designated agents by email or telephone; and (d) that Sponsor has not made and is not making any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, and disclaims all liability for the provision, quality or nature of any third-party products or services provided to Grand Prize Winner.
To request a list of the name(s) of the Grand Prize Winners and other Prize Winners, available after 07/05/24, send a separate, self-addressed, stamped (#10) envelope to: Coca-Cola + Roy Rogers Restaurants, Rev Up and Win Sweepstakes, 4991 New Design Rd Suite 109, Frederick, MD 21703. Requests must be postmarked by 06/30/2024.
