How do I earn points?

What if I forgot to have the cashier scan my QR code?

From the Home tab, press the yellow “Scan” button and then press the yellow “Scan Receipt Barcode” button. This will open the camera, and you can scan the barcode on the bottom of your receipt.

How long do I have to scan the barcode at the bottom of my receipt to earn points?

Receipt barcodes are valid for 24 hours from the time of purchase.

How do I redeem points at the register?

From the Home tab, press the yellow “Scan” button and then press “Add Reward.” This will bring up a list of all the rewards available with the number of points you have. Once you select a reward press the yellow “Add Reward” button and it will be added to the QR code for the cashier to scan.

How do I pay with a Cowboy Cash gift card within the app?

From the Home tab, press the yellow “Scan” button and then press “Add Payment Method.” This will bring up a list of any gift cards that you have loaded into your app. Once you select one, press the yellow “Save Payment” button and it will be added to the QR code for the cashier to scan.

Can I earn, redeem, and pay with one QR code?

Yes! From the Home tab, press the yellow “Scan” button and then press “Add Reward.” This will bring up a list of all the rewards available with the number of points you have. Once you select a reward press the yellow “Add Reward” button and it will be added to the QR code for the cashier to scan. Then, press “Add Payment Method.” This will bring up a list of any gift cards that you have loaded into your app. Once you select one, press the yellow “Save Payment” button and it will be added to the QR code for the cashier to scan. Once the cashier scans the QR code, the redeemed item will be taken off and the gift card will be used to pay for the remaining balance. You will then earn points on the balance paid by the gift card.

How do I refresh my points balance in the app?

From the Home tab, pull down and release the red sun icon and your points balance will be updated.
